Great location with easy access to several transport links and nearby malls. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent and the room was well-furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxing Japanese bath and the hotel staff were very friendly and cute.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair. This hotel provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The location of Mitsui Garden Hotel was perfect for exploring Tokyo with easy access to multiple transportation options. The room wassuper clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. The onsen was a highlight of my stay, offering a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to multiple train stations as well as numerous shops and restaurants in the surrounding district, making it a perfect choice for those who want to be in the heart of a bustling business district. The clean and cozy rooms are equipped with great facilities including a provided humidifier, while the friendly and accommodating staff always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests can also indulge in the delicious Japanese breakfast included with their stay.

There is no business center or onsite cafe for those who need to work or want easy access to meals.

We really enjoyed our stay in this place. The location is amazing, right in the heart of a bustling business district near several transport links. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with all the amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were available at all times.

Loved the stylish and elegant decor throughout the hotel, it created a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. The hotel lobby had a wonderful fragrance of rose petals and was adorned with cherry blossoms , adding a lovely touch. The staff provided excellent hospitality and many were able to communicate in basic English. The location was fantastic, conveniently situated on top of two metro lines and just a short walk from a major JR station.

The uncomfortable ambient temperature in the communal areas, such as the hallways, excessively warm. this was not an issue in the rooms as the climate control worked well.

The location is convenient with a train station nearby and many dining options. The lobby has a welcoming vibe. Cleanliness is top-notch, with the hotel being brand new. The Japanese breakfast included is a great taste of local cuisine. The rooms are equipped with necessary amenities and a roomy shower.
